Drunken Brawler: Earth Brawler stance armor increased (1/3/5/7 → 2/4/6/8).
BristlebackHairball: Cast Range decreased (1000 → 750).
ClockwerkBattery Assault: Bonus damage against creeps decreased (2x → 1.5x).
– Level 10 Talent replaced -2s Power Cogs Cooldown with +75 Hookshot Damage.
DazzleWeave: Duration increased (8s → 10s).
Disruptor– Level 15 Talent Glimpse Max Damage increased (280 → 300).
Earth SpiritBoulder Smash: Bonus damage against creeps decreased (1.4x → 1.25x).
– Level 10 Talent Spell Amplification decreased (+10% → +8%).
– Level 10 Talent +200 Rolling Boulder Distance replaced with -2s Geomagnetic Grip Cooldown.
– Level 15 Talent Magnetize Damage & Duration decreased (+30% → +25%).
– Level 20 Talent -3s Geomagnetic Grip Cooldown replaced with +250 Rolling Boulder Distance.
Elder TitanDeconstruction (Facet): Natural Order now causes enemies leaving the AoE to lose 1 stack/second instead of all stacks instantly.
Echo Stomp: Damage rescaled (70/100/130/160 → 60/100/140/180).
EnchantressEnchant: Mana Cost increased (40/50/60/70 → 70).
Nature’s Attendants: Duration reduced at lower levels (10/11/12/13s → 7/9/11/13s).
EnigmaDemonic Summoning: Eidolon gold bounty increased (14-20 → 17-20).
GrimstrokeFine Art (Facet): Improved Stroke of Fate behavior at maximum cast range.
GyrocopterRocket Barrage: Mana Cost rescaled (75/80/85/90 → 85).
InvokerE.M.P.: Aghanim’s Shard pull speed decreased (175 → 150).
Cold Snap: Mana Cost increased (90 → 100).
Jakiro– Level 10 Talent -10%/10 Dual Breath Movement/Attack Speed Slow replaced with -2s Dual Breath Cooldown.
JuggernautBlade Fury: Cooldown decreased (42/34/26/18s → 36/30/24/18s).
KezEcho Slash: Bonus Hero Damage improved at higher levels (rescaled 30/45/60/75 → 25/45/65/85).Grappling Claw: Hero Bonus Lifesteal decreased (50/100/150/200 → 40/80/120/160).
Legion Commander– Level 10 Talent Press the Attack Movement Speed increased (+10% → +12%).Overwhelming Odds: Aghanim’s Shard Radius Bonus in Duel decreased (150 → 100).
LichFrostbound (Facet): Chain Frost Frostbound Duration decreased (2/3/4s → 2/2.75/3.5s).
– Chain Frost no longer follows heroes who die and buy back.
LinaFiery Soul: Aghanim’s Shard Spell Damage per charge increased (20 → 25).
Lion– Base Intelligence decreased (20 → 19).
LunaLunar Blessing: Bonus Night Vision rescaled (400 + 20/level → 250 + 25/level).
– Level 10 Talent Moon Glaives Damage Penalty Reduction decreased (8% → 5%).
– Level 15 Talent +80 Lucent Beam Damage replaced with +1 Lunar Orbit glaive.
– Level 20 Talent 2 Moon Glaives fired on Lucent Beam replaced with +110 Lucent Beam Damage.
Lycan– Fixed Spirit Wolves being visible when Lycan is invisible.
Apex Predator: Applies bonuses to units under Lycan’s control.
MedusaVenomous Volley (Facet): Now scales with Split Shot.Venomous Volley: Poison no longer applied by illusions.
– Movement Slow rescaled (35% → 15/20/25/30/35%).
– Attack Speed Slow rescaled (80 → 20/35/50/65/80).
Split Shot: Outgoing damage rescaled (40/55/70/85% → 50/60/70/80%).Mana Shield: Base Damage per mana decreased (2.4 → 2.2).
Monkey KingMischief: Damage immunity duration decreased (0.2s → 0.1s).

Queen of PainMasochist (Facet): Outgoing Spell Damage reflected increased (20% → 21%).Masochist: Spell Amplification decreased (15% → 14%).
– Level 10 Talent Strength decreased (+8 → +7).
RingmasterEscape Act: Now upgraded by Aghanim’s Scepter to gain 2 charges. When the box pops open, deals 300 magical damage in a radius and throws daggers with 50% range.Spotlight: Spotlight Radius decreased (550 → 275).
– Spotlight now summons 3 separate spotlights sweeping independently.
Sand KingSandstorm (Facet): Duration decreased (20/25/30/35s → 16/20/24/28s).
Sandstorm: Damage per second rescaled (25/50/75/100 → 30/50/70/90).
Shadow DemonDisruption: Bonus Base Damage rescaled (30/40/50/60 → 25/40/55/70).
Demonic Purge: Cooldown increased (60s → 70/65/60s).
– Aghanim’s Scepter charge restoration time increased (60s → 70/65/60s).
Shadow FiendFeast of Souls: Increases Max Necromastery Souls by +5 for duration. Bonus Attack Speed rescaled (40/50/60/70 → 30/50/70/90).Presence of the Dark Lord (Facet): Bonus Armor Reduction buff removed upon Shadow Fiend’s death.
– Hero Reduction Duration decreased (70s → 60s).
Necromastery: Damage per soul decreased (1/3/4/5 → 1/2/3/4).
Shadow Shaman– Base Attack Speed increased (90 → 100).Hex: Mana Cost rescaled (110/140/170/200 → 130/150/170/190).
Storm SpiritOverload: Fixed Overload proccing an extra time when using Aghanim’s Shard.
SvenVanquisher: Bonus Damage increased (17% → 20%).
God’s Strength: Mana Cost decreased (100/150/200 → 100/125/150).
TerrorbladeReflection: Mana Cost increased (35/40/45/50 → 45/50/55/60).
– Level 10 Talent Reflection Cooldown Reduction decreased (5s → 4s).

TuskBitter Chill: Now scales with Walrus Punch. Attack Speed Slow rescaled to higher levels (15/35/55/75).

VenomancerPlague Carrier (Facet): Ward Health from Carrier’s Max Health increased (1/1.5/2/2.5% → 1.5/2/2.5/3%).
VisageSoul Assumption (Facet): Bonus Gold per Charge decreased (35 → 30).
WarlockEldritch Summoning: Imps no longer explode if killed by enemy heroes.
Witch DoctorVoodoo Switcheroo: Duration decreased (3s → 2.5s).
Wraith King– Base Armor increased by +2.Vampiric Spirit: Lifesteal decreased (20/30/40/50% → 16/24/32/40%).
Mortal Strike: Critical Damage rescaled (150/200/250/300% → 160/200/240/280%).
